Stock/Out Of Stock Items
There may be times when the item you have ordered is out of stock or we cannot fulfill the quantities ordered. We will inform you of any issues with stock availability that could delay shipping and discuss alternative products,quantities or cancellation.
We source products from our own stock, manufacturers warehouses in New Zealand and offshore. You may recieve multiple packages or a delay in shipping whilst we collated the goods together. Some of our products (Stormtech) are sourced from Canada on a weekly basis, cut off is Wednesday 5p.m. There is a weekly shipment to NZ and as long as within the cutoff period you can expect delivery within 7 days of order.
We can at our discretion accept returns if the product has been ordered incorrectly (size, colour, style etc...) If we agree to replace the items all related shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase only if the product is broken or defective and the damage is not caused after despatch.
If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to our warehouse within 14 days of purchase. Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.
After 14 days returns and refunds are subject to manufacturers warranty.
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
We will process your order within 2 business days following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow upto 2 days for delivery domestically, or 1 week internationally (pending zone)
For all NZ deliveries we use either NZ Post (stickers only) or NZ Couriers Tracked Satchels. Target delivery is 1-2 working days from despatch, rural deliveries add 2-3 days. Tracking can be done via www.nzcouriers.co.nz/tracking. NZ COURIERS DO NOT DELIVER TO PO BOX NUMBERS
For all overseas orders we use NZ Post International Air, which is an untracked service. Delivery costs and times are advised by NZ Post dependant on weight and zone delivering to. If you would prefer a tracked courier option we can use DHL Express, all local import duties are at the cost of the buyer.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, or constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Eighty One North Ltd reserves the right at any time after your receipt of order, to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity ordered.
